MTS Operating principle

Outwalls, basements, inside walls and stairs durable dry

MTS prevents capillary masonry moisture from rising both permanently and sustainably.

Without MTS System
Without MTS
Dampness is transported upwards from the ground through the capillaries in the building material into the masonry. This leads to moisture damage in the building.

With MTS
MTS is installed in the middle of the building and already the drying process starts The MTS function moves across room boundaries and so reaches every corner in the building. All problem zones with capillary masonry moisture are dried out with MTS.

MTS function after a natural principle

The MTS-Wall Drying System works according to the electro physical principle of the inversion of polarity and is based upon the law of nature that says that similar poles repulse each other. The friction electricity of the capillary ascent of the water molecule in the masonry generates an electric negative field.

The MTS system is equipped with the most modern electronics and sends out weak, low-frequency radio impulses in the long-wave range of less than a thousandth (1/1000 ) of a watt. This causes an electromagnetic field inversion and neutralises the molecules in the masonry.

The moisture is drawn by gravitational force back into the soil, leading to drainage of the wet masonry.

All MTS systems are completely silent, require no maintenance and have a very low power consumption.
